Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression — meaning depression that hasn't improved after trying oral antidepressants. It works differently than traditional medications and can begin reducing symptoms within 24 hours. Treatment is administered in-office under clinical supervision.

Yes. Telehealth appointments are available for many services, including follow-up medication management, for patients across Texas and Colorado. Some services, including Spravato treatment, require in-person visits due to monitoring requirements.
